Rate Inclusions

• Local airstrip transfer

Ground Package Rates

Exclusive Use of Vehicle:

• Half-day game drive: $200 USD
• Full-day game drive: $300 USD
• 2 hours game drive (exclusive use of vehicle): $150 USD

Airstrip Transfer: $35 USD per person (minimum 4 pax)

Booking Policy

• A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
• Full payment is required upon check-in.
• Cancellation policies apply, and charges may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.
• Guests are advised to review the specific booking terms and conditions before making a reservation

Olorien Mara Camp Policies

Confirmation and Cancellation

• A non-refundable 25% deposit is required within 14 days after confirmation to secure your booking
• For mid and high seasons, 100% payment of the total invoice is required 60 days before the date of arrival
• For low season, 100% payment of the total invoice is required 30 days before the date of arrival
• Cancellation 60 days before the date of arrival: 65% refund of the total invoice
• Cancellation 45 days before the date of arrival: 45% refund of the total invoice
• Cancellation 30 days before the date of arrival: 25% refund of the total invoice
• Cancellation below 30 days: No refund; 100% cancellation fees apply

Child Policy

• Children below 4 years stay free of charge
• Children aged 5 – 11 years sharing their own room: 75% of double room rate
• Children aged 5 – 11 years sharing a room with one adult: Child rate applies, and the adult pays the single room rate
• Three children aged 5 – 11 years sharing their own room: Two pay 75% of adult sharing rate, and the third child pays 50% of adult rate
• All children 12 years and above are considered adults, and full adult rates apply
